With over two decades of physical fitness education and teaching others for over a decade, Samantha Marie has worked with individuals of all ages, ranging from professional athletes to those with disability issues.
Being healthy and physically fit isn't something that's easily obtained by anyone, and no one focus can be the answer. Because of this Samantha takes a holistic approach to all of her clients, treating each individual as the whole person they are.
Guiding you on your path will not only incorporate cardio, strength & flexibility, but nutritional guidance, natural alternatives and reducing your toxic load. The first meeting you will have will be a comprehensive assessment of your starting point - what your current health status is, including measurements, body composition and lifestyle questionnaires. From this your own unique health and fitness plan will be written to begin your training. You will have the expertise and support to get you to your goals efficiently every step of your journey. Samantha began dancing professionally in grade school and started teaching dance at the young age of 14 through her college years in public and private schools around the San Francisco Bay Area. She graduated with degrees in Physical Education and Dance, and has been a Certified Personal Trainer from the National Exercise and Sports Trainer's Association since 2013. Always looking to further better herself and clients, she continues her education in fitness, nutrition and marketing in San Francisco.
