Guiding you on your path will not only incorporate cardio, strength & flexibility, but nutritional guidance, natural alternatives and reducing your toxic load. The first meeting will be a comprehensive assessment of your starting point - what your current health status is including measurements, body composition and lifestyle questionnaires. From this your own unique health and fitness plan will be written to begin your training. You will have the expertise and support to get you to your goals efficiently every step of your journey.
